Thinking about trying yoga, but don't know where to start?
Safely learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques that can be practiced anywhere. Props are our friends! You will be guided on the use of blankets, bolsters, straps and will learn your way around the block.
This 3 week (6 hour) course will ease you onto your mat in a comfortable environment leaving you calm and confident, putting your yoga fears behind you and your well-being in front!
Includes one eye pillow and one scheduled yoga class
